Each Leadership Development Academy of Rock County participant works with a small group of their fellow class members to plan and execute a collaborative project that addresses a community need. These projects and their results are presented each May and serve as the program's capstone experience.

Multi-Functional Outdoor Performance Facility

A project to evaluate, justify and build an outdoor performance facility in Janesville. This ultimately wound up being a proposal for a new stage and roof structure for Lower Courthouse Park. The group got the South Central WI Builders Association to agree to donate and build the $100,000 structure in 2007.
