Kicks for 608 Kids
Each Leadership Development Academy of Rock County participant works with a small group of their fellow class members to plan and execute a collaborative project that addresses a community need. These projects and their results are presented each May and serve as the program's capstone experience.
Kicks for 608 Kids
This project will help students within the Beloit and Janesville School Districts with a new set of sneakers. They are collecting 1,100 new pairs of shoes for school children. They are hosted a “Blingo” night to raise awareness and funds to help support students who don’t have the footwear they need.
