House of Mercy Well-being Project
Each Leadership Development Academy of Rock County participant works with a small group of their fellow class members to plan and execute a collaborative project that addresses a community need. These projects and their results are presented each May and serve as the program's capstone experience.
House of Mercy Well-being Project
This project is to increase the well-being of the House of Mercy Shelter residents by fundraising for 28 new bed frames and mattress covers. It is their hope to also raise enough funds to support the purchase of 4 additional beds to ultimately increase availability at the shelter.
